Minor Hotels’ Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort is seeking a part-time Conference & Events Coordinator in Caloundra, QLD to own the client journey from enquiry to post event follow-up. You’ll manage enquiries, prepare function sheets and contracts, qualify proposals, contribute promotional ideas, be on-site during events to ensure smooth delivery, negotiate space contracts, arrange F&B, AV, décor, and leverage the property’s offerings to actively upsell. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in conferences, events, or hotel operations, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility for weekend or evening work. Immediate start available for a minimum 20 hours per week (3 to 4 days); emphasize relevant experience, RSA if you have it, and familiarity with Minor Hotels brands when applying. Must have Australian or NZ working rights.
