Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Construction Manager in London to oversee restaurant construction from planning through handover, ensuring builds follow approved drawings while delivering on cost, time, and quality. You will review project documents and contracts, manage general contractor schedules, track vendors, collaborate with the Design team to modify documents, complete the handoff to the New Restaurant Opening team, and assist the Architect of Record in resolving site issues using construction documentation tools. The role requires 5+ years of restaurant construction experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, or engineering, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 50 percent. The Construction Manager manages Restaurant construction-related activities and projects. This role ensures that all Restaurants are constructed in accordance with the approved construction drawings. The Construction Manager is responsible for applying effective management techniques to the planning, design, and execution of Restaurant construction from start to finish, with a focus on cost, time, and quality.
