The right candidate has 10+ years in heavy civil, experience with remote logistics and barging, expertise in contracts and specs, and QA/QC for aggregate and asphalt, plus proficiency in HCSS, P6, Excel, and MS Project. The Construction Operations Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction operations for a heavy civil and paving contractor supporting projects across Southeast Alaska. This role requires strong leadership in coordinating multiple concurrent projects while working closely with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to overcome the unique challenges of remote construction, including adverse weather conditions, limited access, and complex logistics.
