Under general supervision, this position is responsible for performing inspections and surveillances, supporting audits and site processes and activities to ensure that appropriate controls have been defined and implemented to meet customer, regulatory and applicable specified quality level requirements.

Ensure effective technical and document control governance, procedures, and tools are established and maintained to support successful project delivery and operations. Evaluates site policies, operating procedures, instructions, and forms for format consistency.
Conduct audits on compliance with applicable law, regulations and the company policies including the code of ethcis and standard business conduct. Verify files are organized and consistent with naming conventions and project-specific filing structure and document control procedures.
Lead training on Document Control systems, practices, and processes and procedures as needed. Manage Document Platforms and admin user’s access. Provide input and guide development of workflow processes, standards, and documentation. Lead and mentor document management coordinators for advanced career development.
Provides other support to Quality Directorate, as required.

Bachelor degree or relevant work experience
Four (4) year experience working with Tech Data in an administrative or equivalent capacity Bachelor degree or higher college degree can be substituted for work experience.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $50/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
