SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Pediatric Dentist to join a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. This role requires a compassionate clinician committed to delivering exceptional patient care while adhering to international standards of pediatric dental practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced consultant holding UK CCT or an equivalent internationally recognized Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry.

Requirements

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/DDS/DMD) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Completion of specialist training in Pediatric Dentistry.

UK CCT in Pediatric Dentistry or an equivalent internationally recognized Board Certification (American Board, Canadian, Australian, Irish, New Zealand, or other recognized qualifications).

Minimum of 3–5 years of post-CCT/Board Certification experience as a Consultant Pediatric Dentist.

Expertise in preventive, restorative, and interceptive pediatric dental care.

Experience in treating children with special healthcare needs is an advantage.

Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused approach with the ability to build trust with children and families.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
