Job Description
- Support in structuring consulting projects
- Conduct data analysis using Visa and external data to understand client needs across the focus markets
- Conduct benchmarking and market research as required
- Work closely with the engagement team, manager and client representative to deliver the projects
- Support in project work stream on a day-to-day basis, including conducting research and data analysis and synthesizing them to develop insights and recommendations
- Support Directors / Senior Directors on developing hypotheses, contribute to conclusions and assist other senior team members in presenting back to the client
- Support in developing and delivering client training programs and impart best practices knowledge sharing to Visa clients
- Support knowledge sharing with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients
- Support the team in developing and bringing the Visa Consulting & Analytics proposition in the market
- Manage the preparation of proposals for new client work
- Support the development of Visa Consulting & Analytics thought leadership material
- Support business development initiatives by assisting in developing our product offerings, and marketing to external and internal clients
- Carrying out other ad hoc support, support other functions and teams within Visa, and work on internal projects
Qualifications
- A recognized undergraduate degree qualification
- MBA or Post Graduate studies is a plus
- Experience/ skills required:
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting/ financial services/ payments industry
- Consulting experience gained within either a strategy house, a Big 4 firm or an in-house strategy function of a financial institution is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive reporting and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- An ability to collect and utilize business and industry trend information and to analyze this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques
- Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to develop client presentations
