The role rewards outdoor independence, attention to detail, and teamwork, with travel up to 50 percent and the ability to hike rugged terrain in varying conditions, plus driving a 4x4 on rough roads. A two or four year degree in horticulture, forestry, urban forestry or a related field and at least one year of utility vegetation management or similar experience are expected, along with a clean DMV record and strong communication skills.
