The role provides professional one-stop service over the phone, converts inquiries into sales opportunities, maintains accurate data, handles complaints with first call resolution, and adheres to AML and bank policies. You will answer calls with quality, cross-sell where appropriate, update CRM records, and meet quality, productivity and sales leads targets.
