Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs, including but not limited to logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and capabilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions into designs.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for design assets, making them easily accessible for team members.
- Demonstrate a keen sense of design, colour & composition. Generate innovative ideas to create designs (media content) that aligns with the brand & marketing goals.
- Ensure visual assets across all media are consistent.
- Possesses strong motion graphic & animation skills. Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro is a must. Additionally, must have familiarity with composting, video editing & sound editing.
- Support team with innovative and creative branding proposals to drive internal and external marketing initiatives.
- You should be able to take feedback constructively and collaborate with the team to ensure the final media output meets expectations.
- Understanding the CCI Global brand and ensuring that this is represented according to brand guidelines

Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Creativity and innovation to conceptualize and develop original design solutions.
- Ability to interpret project briefs and translate requirements into compelling visual concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design execution.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to work on various projects simultaneously and adjust to evolving project requirements.
- Problem-solving skills to address design challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of print and digital production processes, including file preparation and optimization for different mediums.
- Must have experience working Adobe Creative Suite (namely, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
- Knowledge of marketing platforms and design & size requirements
