Your role

Corpay is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and digitally savvy Content Manager to lead the development and execution of content strategies for the Netherlands and Belgium markets. 
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimising, and managing content that supports our commercial objectives, strengthens our brand positioning, and drives engagement and demand generation. 
You will play a key role in implementing integrated marketing campaigns across our core products, including fuel cards, EV solutions, and mobility services. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and managing content for Travelcard and Corpay brands in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring alignment with the broader international organisation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all content is aligned, effective, and impactful. 
You understand how modern content ecosystems work, including SEO, UX, and performance analytics, and you actively leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and content performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Create and manage content for Travelcard and Fleetcor brands in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring consistency and alignment across markets;  

  • Develop, create, and optimise targeted content in line with the overall marketing and content strategy for the Netherlands and Belgium;  

  • Collaborate with marketing, design teams, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand content for multiple channels;  

  • Create and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, campaigns, and social media, based on SEO insights to drive traffic and conversions;  

  • Optimise existing content using keyword strategies and performance data;  

  • Monitor and analyse content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and translate insights into improvements;  

  • Stay up to date with digital trends, content innovations, and AI developments, applying these to continuously enhance content effectiveness.  

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints (online and offline);  

  • Support demand generation activities, including campaigns, events, sales enablement materials, and social selling;  

  • Assist Marketing Managers in campaign execution, including compliance and stakeholder approvals;  

  • Collaborate with cross-regional teams to share best practices and identify content opportunities;  

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. 

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; 

  • Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role; 

  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills in Dutch and English (mandatory); 

  • French language skills are a plus; 

  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and digital content best practices; 

  • Digitally savvy, with experience using or willingness to adopt AI tools for content creation, optimisation, and analysis; 

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus; 

  • Experience with Google Analytics and other performance tools; 

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills; 

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail; 

  • Team player with strong stakeholder management skills.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is 48 000 EUR - 50 000 EUR gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process
