Dubai Holding Entertainment is hiring a Content Programming Lead (English) to own the English programming, develop formats, commission hosts and creators, and build scalable IP across platforms in a fast environment. The ideal candidate is internet-native, with 3 to 5 years in content strategy or digital media, a track record of launching and scaling content, and hands-on writing. Dubai Holding Entertainment is building a culture-first media network born in Dubai and designed for the region. We’re looking for a Content Programming Lead (English) to architect, launch, and scale our English-language programming. This role is for someone who lives and breathes formats, creators, and internet culture. 

The Role 

As Content Programming Lead (English), you will own the English programming end-to-end. You’ll develop original formats, commission hosts and creators, and build repeatable content frameworks that are designed to scale across platforms.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a start-up environment — ideal for someone who can combine taste, structure, and speed.

What You’ll Own

• The English programming slate: flagship shows, look-alike formats, social series, and experiments
• Format development: creating repeatable, scalable content frameworks
• Talent commissioning: identifying hosts and creators and turning them into long-term IP
• Editorial excellence: tone, voice, storytelling approach, and guest strategy

What You’ll Do

• Develop show concepts, pilots, run-of-show, and episode arcs
• Commission and manage production of podcasts and video series
• Work directly with hosts, creators, and ARN talent to shape performance and chemistry
• Collaborate closely with Growth to engineer moments and clips from the start — not as an afterthought
• Review performance dashboards weekly and iterate based on real signals
• Build a continuous pipeline of shows designed to move from pilot to scale

Who You Are

• Internet-native — you understand pacing, hooks, retention, and moments
• Taste-driven, with strong instincts for what’s fresh vs. generic
• Comfortable being scrappy and hands-on (writing, producing, editing notes, guest prep)
• Able to balance creativity with structure — systems and frameworks matter to you
• Confident moving fast, testing in public, and iterating without overthinking

Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years’ experience in content strategy, digital media, or influencer ecosystems
• Proven experience launching and scaling content across platforms
• Strong collaboration skills across editorial, production, marketing, and growth
• Experience working with creators, influencers, and platform partners
