TransPerfect is looking for a dynamic and team oriented individual with high energy and drive to join the Content Solutions Team as a Content Solutions Engineer supporting the Asian market.

 

We are looking for an content solution engineer with focus on our AI/MT  and GlobalLink Focus to join the Team.

This is a multi-functional, client-facing role that combines:

  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Translation (MT), and Generative AI

  • Strategic pre-sales support across the GlobalLink suite

  • Technical consulting and solution architecture

  • Key account and program management collaboration

The ideal candidate operates at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise localization technology.

As a Content Solutions Engineer, you will serve as both:

  • The AI/MT expert during pre-sales engagements

  • A technical advisor and solution consultant for the broader GlobalLink suite of products

  • You will work closely with prospective and existing clients to:

  • Gather requirements

  • Identify automation and optimization opportunities

  • Design AI-powered and GlobalLink-enabled solutions to address complex global content challenges

You will also support strategic client relationships by ensuring successful adoption of both AI/MT capabilities and GlobalLink platform solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI & MT Subject Matter Expertise

  • Act as SME in sales opportunities involving AI, MT, and Generative AI

  • Lead client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions

  • Evaluate LLM and MT options for external clients and internal production

  • Design AI-powered workflows aligned with client use cases

GlobalLink Solution Support

  • Support pre-sales efforts across the GlobalLink suite, including workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and content management capabilities

  • Translate client business requirements into scalable GlobalLink configurations

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to position GlobalLink strategically within enterprise accounts

  • Ensure alignment between AI/MT solutions and broader platform architecture

Consulting & Implementation Oversight

  • Propose pilot programs and define implementation roadmaps

  • Establish KPIs and success metrics

  • Coordinate with AI/MT Implementation and GlobalLink teams for deployment

  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholder.

  • Contribute knowledge and expertise to repository of responses to questions from requests for proposal (RFP) and requests for information (RFI) tender and selection processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA required

  • Direct experience with MT, Generative AI, LLM, or other NLP technologies, solutions and services

  • Direct sales, client services, key account management or program management experience

  • You are familiar with the localization industry and have few years experience working on complex localization projects

  • Fluency in English, excellent verbal communication, and client-facing skills

  • Technical mindset and ability to grasp complex technical concepts

  • Must possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure

  • Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and ownership

  • Experience managing multi-faceted projects from inception to launch
