Minimum qualifications:

- Experience managing project timelines and prioritizing deliverables.
- Experience in building content plans, analyzing metrics, and reporting on content effectiveness.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Experience working in global teams and with outsourced content production.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for content management, editing or publication.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and to communicate and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Production team to ensure creation and delivery of accurate, effective, high-quality content for all supported channels across locales, driving and moderating output of AI-enabled content creation or publishing tools as relevant.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for content project management and approvals, acting as the main contact point to understand how content can support product updates, business goals, and priorities, and advocating for users with executive product support partners and product managers/engineers.
- Advocate opportunities to optimize content and associated workflows/multimedia using data, industry best practices, and experiment-driven insights, measuring the effectiveness of support content experiences for one or more products/product areas.
- Design content experiences for users, aligned with product and support goals, informed by customer knowledge, performer industry data, technical capabilities and journey insights.
