Ennoble Care seeks a per diem Hospice LPN to provide continuous care for patients in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, and Salem Counties, NJ, with 12 hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. You will support continuous care patients, assist the RN with the plan of care and procedures, help develop and evaluate the care plan, participate with the IDG to keep care current, and reinforce end of life teaching to patients and families. Requirements include NJ LPN license, graduation from an accredited program, one year of nursing experience with hospice preferred, a valid driver with insured vehicle, strong communication skills, and compassion. Ennoble Care is looking for a per diem Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse to work within and around the Camden / Burlington / Gloucester / Salem County, NJ area to provide continuous care to our patients. Your presence and services should bring comfort to the person who faces the end of their lives and help them reach acceptance and peace of mind. A compassionate nature and excellent interpersonal skills will make you a good candidate for this position. We expect you to be knowledgeable in caring for the terminally ill, performing tasks such as administering medication and providing emotional support.
