You should bring at least 5 years in CI or Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, strong stakeholder influence, and experience in logistics or warehousing is valuable. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our business and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the organisation.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Lean methodologies, process optimisation, and building a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with operational and functional teams to identify opportunities, implement sustainable improvements, and enhance the way we work across the business.
In this role, you will lead and support improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, standardisation, service quality, compliance, and employee experience across the organisation.
You’ll facilitate workshops, coach teams, document and optimise processes, and support automation and innovation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies. Some of your responsibilities will be:-
