This role emphasizes top notch customer service, accurate data entry into multiple systems, maintaining asset and subcontractor databases, and managing invoicing, purchase orders and monthly reports. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of admin experience, strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), and a proven ability to build relationships and meet deadlines.
