Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

The Contract Negotiator will perform a full spectrum of contracts administration tasks including drafting and administration of commercial contracts in a high-pressure environment under tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and administrating sales contracts that establish business relationships with Distributors, customers and/or partners.
  • Manage E2E deal process from facilitating forecasts, contract management, ensure inventory availability and acceptance on time.
  • Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, government regulations, revenue recognition requirements, and other requirements.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Preferred Business Administration (bachelor) degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of standard legal terms and conditions.
  • Preferred prior experience with Tenders, license agreements and/or sales agreements.
  • Fluent in English.
