Job Brief
A change management and PMO professional will lead a strategic project to centralize operations from multiple schools to the centralized SSC delivery center in Dubai.
The role involves developing and executing change management strategies, driving communication plans, and supporting impacted employees in coordination with client’s HR and Finance teams. This resource will also ensure compliance with UAE regulations and act as a key advisor to leadership throughout the transition.

Change Methodology Knowledge
•Centralization Oversight: Oversee and manage centralization of operations from multiple locations into the new delivery center, ensuring minimal disruption and operational continuity.
•Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to support a smooth transition of services, addressing employee concerns and resistance.
•Communication: Create and execute communication plans to keep executive leadership, school principals, and staff aligned throughout the transition.
•Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with senior leadership and HR/Communications teams to manage employee transitions and respond to school-level operational concerns.
•Local Compliance: Apply knowledge of UAE regulations to ensure legal and cultural alignment; prior experience in Dubai or Abu Dhabi projects is preferred.
•Employee Helpdesk: Set up and manage support channels (e.g., hotlines) for employee queries and concerns.
•Project Management Support –
5-6 yrs Experienced Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA / Masters from accredited B schools
Any change and/or project management certification (preferable not must)
