Your new role

As Contract & Operations Professional, you will own the end-to-end contracting process for sponsored events and engagements with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organisations (HCOs) in Switzerland. This is a hands-on operational role that is business-critical and offers strong exposure across functions. You will work closely with Legal & Compliance, Procurement and Finance to ensure compliance and delivery on time. Your internal stakeholders will include Sales, Medical, and other affiliate teams involved in planning events.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and internal guidelines, and providing support for audits and spot checks.
  • Acting as a super user of IT applications and systems, driving updates and further development of contract management systems.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data for HCPs and HCOs to ensure efficient engagement processes.

Your new department

You’ll bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or related field, or equivalent commercial/legal apprenticeship with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with contracts, compliance, events or procurement, with strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Excellent command of German and English; while French language skills at a conversational level, to collaborate with sales colleagues in the French-speaking part of Switzerland would be a big plus.
  • Solid experience working within the Swiss market within pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is advantageous.
  • High IT affinity and confidence working with digital tools and systems, ideally with experience improving or implementing workflows.
