What You Can Expect
As the Senior Contracts Analyst you will be responsible for managing and administering contracts, specifically for design and construction, related to capital improvement projects for campus energy distribution systems. These systems encompass the infrastructure for the production and distribution of chilled water, heating hot water, and steam, along with the electricity and natural gas networks.
This role is a part of ENGIE’s Contracting Team and is based at the Georgetown University campus. The Senior Contracts Analyst will also liaise and share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices with other members of the Contracts Team in Houston, TX, Columbus, OH, and Iowa City, IA.

Salary Range: $106,560– $163,254 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
