Coordinator - ADP data entry

Dubai Airports is seeking a Coordinator for ADP data entry to be the point of contact for AVP applications, approvals and system issues, support stakeholder appeals with evidence-based recommendations, help create the yearly Audit Calendar to ensure GCAA compliance, and consolidate monthly ADP, AVP and ADS data with trend reports for the SMTC. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in administration, data analysis, or a related field, 3 to 5 years of experience, a current UAE light vehicle license with ADP L2, and strong MS Office and data-analysis skills, plus aviation terminology knowledge and familiarity with GCAA regulations and DA policies. Officer – ADP Endorsement

Airside Operations maintains and operates all airside infrastructure and implement the new technologies and that give us industry-leading capacity and efficiency. They do all that in a live environment and put customer service at the heart of it all.

What you’ll deliver

•You’ll serve as the point of contact for any Stakeholder issues related to AVPs including but not limited to applications, approvals, dispensations and system issues. 

•You’ll support in reviewing stakeholder appeals and provide evidence-based recommendations for final approval by the SMTC.

•You’ll support the creation and completion of the yearly Audit Calendar for Stakeholders, to ensure compliance with all GCAA regulatory documentation.

•You’ll build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding matters related to Aerodrome driving.

•You’ll consolidate monthly data for ADPs, AVP’s and ADS to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

•You’ll be responsible to create a monthly report for the SMTC with trend analysis for ADP, AVP and ADS as a minimum.

What you bring

•You should hold a bachelor’s degree in , Administration, Data Analysis, Customer Service and acquire relevant experience of 3 to 5 years.

•You should hold a current UAE License for a light vehicle with the ability to an ADP L2.

•You should have technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and data analysis.

•You should have good knowledge of Aviation related terminology, vehicle types and equipment used Airside.

•You should be knowledgeable and understanding of GCAA Regulatory requirements and DA Policies, Manuals, SOPs and other Instructions.
