American Airlines is hiring a full-time Coordinator, Baggage Operations at DFW to join the Hubs & Gateways team in Customer Experience. You’ll plan, coordinate and control all aspects of baggage handling and the BHS, ensure safe, efficient use of resources, and recommend policy changes to improve operations. You’ll develop reports, collect and share key information with multiple departments, and procure materials and personnel for projects. Requirements include a high school diploma, FAA background checks for SIDA if applicable, solid computer skills, teamwork and strong communication, plus familiarity with company policies and DECS/Res commands.
