What you'll do

  • ​Responsible for achieving and assuring safe, efficient and economical utilization of resources
  • Recommends policy and procedure changes as necessary to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Develops and maintains reports
  • Obtains information pertinent to the operation and ensures necessary information is disseminated to appropriate departments and personnel to ensure connection of baggage and BHS programming
  • Procures the necessary material, manpower and equipment to complete projects

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
  • Knowledge of Company policies and procedures
  • May require knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and familiarity of operations
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with computer applications
  • May require knowledge of DECS and Res commands
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work with others as part of a team and to obtain information from others or gain their participation in problem resolution
