Summary

The Department of Medicine is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to provide support at the Community based practices located at Sugar Land, Vintage Park and The Woodlands.  This role is responsible for ensuring clinic daily operations are executed, including coordinating meetings, purchasing and general clinic support.

 

These community-based practices are located at St Luke's Hospital in Sugar Land, Vintage Park and The Woodlands. There are approximately seven to eight faculty and the number will grow every year as we continue to expand.   The ideal candidate will be someone with good organization skills, and will be a good fit for this role.

 

This position will be located at our Vintage Park location and will have the opportunity to telecommute two days a week.

Job Duties

  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the community-based practices at Sugar Land, Vintage Park and The Woodlands.
  • Processes clinical supply orders and other transactions.
  • Calendar management/meeting scheduling for leadership and faculty.
  • Assist with faculty/staff recruitment, interview scheduling and onboarding.
  • Assist Medical Directors with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Website management, marketing materials, event planning and other promotions.
  • General office support.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
