Talabat is looking for a Coordinator – Communications to support day-to-day internal and external communication activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging across teams while supporting coordination, documentation, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives across teams
Coordinate communication materials, announcements, and updates to ensure clarity and consistency
Act as a point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow
Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting emails, presentations, and reports
Track communication timelines, follow up on action items, and maintain documentation
Support meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups
Maintain organized records, trackers, and communication logs
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a coordination, communications, or administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Google Workspace is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
