Nutrien is seeking a Coordinator, Distribution in Aurora, NC on-site, reporting to the General Supervisor, Product Distribution. This role supervises transportation equipment and scheduling to move raw and finished phosphate products to meet sales commitments, administers budgeted assets, and coordinates with carriers to schedule shipments while ensuring safety, health and environmental policies are followed. You’ll prepare daily reports, support sales plans, maintain SDS and SOPs, and train staff. Requirements include a high school diploma with an associate degree or equivalent in transportation, strong knowledge of distribution, US Coast Guard regulations, port operations, and budgeting; a BS with 5 years’ experience is preferred. This position reports directly to the General Supervisor, Product Distribution.
This position is located in Aurora, North Carolina, U.S.A. and is not available for remote work.
What you will do:
Incumbent is responsible for the supervision of transporation equipment and scheduling to assure movement of raw and finished products to meet the Phosphate Operations sales commitments along with preparing and administering budgeted assets. The Asst. Supervisor will work directly with the Distribution General Supervisor and employees to ensure that the company’s business objectives and safety, health & environmental policies are met.
