Joining Hume City Council as the Coordinator Organisational Development means shaping leadership, culture and capability for a fast growing, diverse council. This 12 month fixed term, full time, onsite role in Melbourne puts you in the heart of the Capability and Culture team, where you will design and deliver leadership programs, embed the Leadership Capability Framework, and guide culture initiatives with surveys and pulse checks. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, apply systems thinking to program design, and manage change and procurement as needed. To stand out, demonstrate proven leadership development in large organisations, coaching and facilitation, plus a track record turning strategy into practical actions, plus relevant qualifications and readiness for probity checks.
