Landmark Group is hiring a Coordinator for Supply Chain Operations in the UAE to support the B4 Processing area by coordinating with departments to meet Store and Concept orders on time and boost productivity in Repacking. You will monitor output, identify NVAs, and drive improvements through Kaizen, PDCA, and 5S, while maintaining site safety with regular safety talks and near miss reporting. Build proficiency in WMS and IT tools, perform RCA and data analysis to close gaps, and help the area supervisor hit daily targets with MIS for review. Job Descriptions (Roles and responsibilities):  B4 Processing area 

  1. To co-ordinate with each department and supply materials (DSR / FI) to meet Store / /Concept Order requirements on time as per defined SLA.
  1. To monitor and improve productivity for activities like - Repacking, Multi SKU repack, VAS etc as per the daily requirements. 
  1. To monitor hourly & daily productivity, identify NVAs and focus on productivity improvements.
  1. Have a process improvements approach and thinking by doing KAIZEN, KATA -PDCA trials, 5-S etc.
  1. To support in keeping site safety Incident free by regular - TBT, Safety talks, Safety report reporting (Near Miss, Unsafe Act, Unsafe condition etc).
  1. To gain knowledge of WMS, IT Tools etc to perform day to day operation effectively 
  1. To do operation analysis, data analysis (RCA) etc to find the gap if there is any target miss.
  1. To support the area supervisor to meet the daily / weekly / Monthly targets - SLAs, Throughput and activity productivity etc.
  2. Measures the output or performance level of the team under supervision and ensure efficient performance and output per employee hour.
  3. To prepare daily MIS and share to management for performance review.
