This group sets up, manages and operates the 250 plus trucks we deploy worldwide to extend the American Airlines Cargo network and drive additional revenue.
- This job is a member of the Surface Logistics Team within the Customer Experience Division.
- Responsible for providing operational support including field, sales, Sabre input functions and other inquiries.
What you'll do
- Manages domestic and international truck routes by monitoring capacities, schedules, service levels and contractual agreement
- Provides other administrative, ad- hoc analysis, and reporting support as necessary
- Requires shift work in a 24/7 operation

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- College degree
- Previous experience in transportation logistics (air, sea, rail, road)
- Experience working in Capacity Management in transportation

- Knowledge of AA Cargo products and understanding of the cargo industry is highly desired
