Cayaba Care is hiring a high-energy Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to work closely with the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and help the Head of People shape culture initiatives. This full-time remote role in EST/CST hours manages end-to-end recruiting for entry-level and high-volume roles, delivers a white-glove candidate experience, coordinates logistics, and maintains the ATS while supporting HR administration. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in recruiting coordination or HR ops, exceptional written and verbal communication, comfort with ambiguity, and a knack for jumping from scheduling to interviews to people ops without losing rhythm. Show familiarity with Greenhouse, Calendly, and G Suite, and demonstrate empathy, collaboration, and resilience. Cayaba Care’s mission is to improve pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey for women and their families by reimagining how maternity care is delivered. Our team is focused on building trust-based engagement and wrap-around support for expectant moms at home, in person and virtually to ensure they have all the social support they need for a successful and joyful pregnancy journey. We help our members with care navigation, doula support, assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation and a wide range of other needs. We leverage technology to support our virtual engagement that allows us to meet all our moms where they are.
We ensure that our members have trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout their pregnancy, delivery and well into postpartum. Cayaba Care does not replace the primary obstetrician or doctor’s relationships. Instead, we support expectant mothers with all other health-related social needs not typically available through their doctors’ offices.

The Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to join our People team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to ensure a world-class candidate experience while simultaneously supporting the Head of People in building the foundational company culture initiatives.
This role will report directly into the Head of People at first, then transition to being managed by the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Work Hours: This role needs to be available to work EST or CST hours (8:30AM - 5:30PM).

Qualifications:
This is a full-time exempt position with a pay range between $65,000 - $75,000. Exact compensation will depend on years of direct relevant experience.
