Job Description

Te kaupapa o te tūranga – The purpose of the role

Our Copy Centre is one of the key areas in our store. Customers come to us for all their print and copy needs and expect exceptional insights and service from our team members; and you’re the one who makes it all happen.

This role requires someone with a positive nature and a passion for service. You will get involved with photocopying, binding, manipulating PDF files, graphics and creating all types of print work.

Key tasks, duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Deliver outstanding customer service

· Complete Copy Centre jobs accurately and on time

· Use confident sales techniques

· Maximise every sales opportunity

· Keep the Copy Centre looking fantastic

· Follow company processes to prevent stock loss and maintain operational standards.

· Support other areas of the store when needed to keep things running smoothly.

· Stay up to date with new products, services, and training to deliver expert advice.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following minimum requirements:

· Strong technical ability

· Strong computer literacy including proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Photoshop and similar tools

· ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
