The Copywriting Intern will support our marketing team and primarily work on crafting English/Arabic copy while leveraging an excellent command of English/Arabic to support content creation across diverse channels. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in copywriting, digital marketing, and content strategy. You will work closely with our experienced marketing professionals to develop content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
● Content Creation:
○ Develop engaging copy in Arabic for blog posts, social media, email
campaigns, website content, and marketing collateral.
○ Assist in creating English content when necessary, ensuring both language
versions align with overall brand messaging.
○ Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and content strategies.
● Editing & Proofreading:
○ Review and edit Arabic and English content to ensure clarity, consistency, and
adherence to brand guidelines.
○ Proofread all materials to eliminate errors and maintain high-quality
standards.
● Research & Ideation:
○ Research industry trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes to inform content creation in both languages.
○ Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for content initiatives and marketing strategies.
● Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and
deliver content aligning with the brand strategy.
○ Participate in hub meetings, offering fresh perspectives and creative
solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications
● Education:
○ A degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
● Skills & Experience:
○ Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and
English.
○ Demonstrated ability to craft engaging and creative content with a strong
portfolio showcasing bilingual capabilities.
○ Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
○ A basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
○ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
