Ørsted is hiring a Corporate Affairs Operations Specialist in Boston, full time onsite, to own the governance of Sponsorships and Donations across the Americas while delivering trusted executive and administrative support to the Head of Corporate Affairs. You’ll be the go-to for sponsorship requests, ensure alignment with policies, design and streamline processes, manage budgets and reporting, and coordinate cross-functional relationships with procurement, finance and legal. You’ll also serve as Executive Assistant handling calendar management, travel, expenses and meeting prep for senior leaders. Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is $87,450.00- $100,000.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
