WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Due to the strategic realignment of the Coatings division, a dedicated Legal, Compliance & IP department is being established. This presents an exciting opportunity to develop and shape the Legal, Compliance & IP organization from its foundation.

  • In your new role, you will support the development, implementation and operational execution of the global compliance strategy for the Coatings division in alignment with corporate directives and legal requirements.
  • You prepare materials, presentations and documentation for internal compliance meetings and management briefings, providing decision-making support.
  • Furthermore, you coordinate governance-related activities, platforms and documentation for the Corporate Compliance department.
  • You design, improve, visualize and implement processes that support the compliance management system and enhance its effectiveness.
  • In addition, you maintain compliance tools, databases and communication channels to ensure consistent and up-to-date information on compliance matters. 
  • You coordinate the exchange of information, best practices and guidance within the global compliance community and support the management of the worldwide training and awareness programme, including planning, logistics, tracking and reporting. 

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • completed vocational training with specialized additional education or university degree in business administration, compliance, law, risk management, communication or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in compliance, corporate governance, project management, or a similar function in an international company, ideally in international manufacturing environments
  • confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with compliance tools, platforms, or learning management systems; keen interest and aptitude to explore and develop AI-based solutions
  • ability to explain and translate complex compliance topics into clear, practical messages
  • proactive team player with strong collaboration skills and an interest in compliance, ethics and responsible business conduct
  • excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus, as well as strong organizational skills and structured work style with high attention to detail
