TAL is hiring a Corporate Counsel in Sydney for a twelve month fixed term, full‑time, onsite role that sits at the heart of the business, advising on claims, underwriting and operations while managing complex disputes and AFCA matters. You will help strengthen compliance with the Life Insurance Code of Practice and evolving regulation, and you will share practical legal guidance to build capability across the company. The ideal candidate has Australian admission with at least three years post‑qualification experience, experience in financial services or insurance, and strong stakeholder relationships.
