Social Hub is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join a small, high impact team and help shape major decisions as the €2bn platform scales across Europe. You’ll build and refresh financial models, prepare lender and shareholder materials, support debt sourcing and refinancing, analyse portfolio performance and profitability drivers, and partner with FP&A, Investments and Capital Markets on strategic projects while challenging numbers before they reach leadership. Requirements include 2–4 years in M&A, leveraged finance, restructuring or related fields, strong modelling and storytelling skills, comfort with senior leaders, lenders and investors, meticulous attention to detail and fluent English (additional European language a plus). The Social Hub is entering a defining chapter. New hubs are opening across Europe, fresh investment is being deployed, and the business is evolving beyond traditional hospitality into something far bigger. Right in the middle of that sits our Corporate Finance team. Small team, high impact, real exposure. 

As Corporate Finance Associate, you’ll work closely with our Director of Corporate Finance on the numbers, models, and materials that shape major decisions across the company. From lender conversations and refinancing work to board reporting and shareholder updates, your work will directly influence how we grow. You’ll be part of discussions with institutional investors, senior leadership, and financing partners while helping build the financial backbone of a €2bn+ platform.

What You’ll Do 

• Build and maintain financial models that support investment decisions, refinancing work, and long-term planning  
• Prepare lender and shareholder materials including board updates, investor presentations, and financing packs  
• Support debt sourcing, refinancing processes, and ongoing conversations with lenders across Europe  
• Analyse portfolio performance, recurring revenue streams, and profitability drivers across the business  
• Partner with FP&A, Investments, and Capital Markets teams on strategic and financial projects  
• Review and challenge numbers before they reach leadership, investors, or financing partners  
• Improve existing models, templates, and reporting processes using smarter tools and better ways of working  
• Contribute to high-priority projects tied to TSH’s growth strategy and platform expansion  

What You’ll Have 

• You have 2-4 years of experience in M&A, leveraged finance, restructuring, transaction services, debt advisory, or investing  
• You bring strong financial modelling skills and know how to build models that support real business decisions  
• You have excellent communication skills and can turn complex analysis into clear, credible stories  
• You’re comfortable working with senior leadership, lenders, and investors in an international setting  
• You have a sharp eye for detail and take ownership of the quality behind your work  
• You bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in how businesses grow and scale  
• You have full professional fluency in English. Another European language is a plus
