Aramex is seeking a Corporate Freight Pricing Executive - Agent in Dubai to work with local operations and development teams to generate seafreight quotations for regular and spot pricing inquiries, RFQs and tenders across global accounts. In this role you will aggressively negotiate freight rates with carriers, liners, transporters and agents, build lasting relationships at all levels to secure favorable rate and space agreements, and monitor the market to identify new service opportunities while tracking competitors, port developments and trade lane growth. You’ll support RFQs and tenders, lead the pricing team, and coordinate with international stakeholders. To apply, highlight measurable wins in pricing and RFQ outcomes, cross functional leadership, and a track record in freight forwarding, pricing strategy and professional responsibility, with familiarity of seafreight markets, capacity dynamics and the Dubai Middle East landscape.

Job Description
• Aggressively participate in freight rates negotiations by working closely with carriers and liners, transporters, agents and counterparts to acquire the best rates in the market.
• Develop and build solid relationships with carriers, agents and counterparts, at all levels, seeking best fit to secure the necessary rates and space agreements
• Help determine new services that we can develop by understanding the needs of the customers and keeping an eye on market including competitors’ activity, port developments and trade lanes growth
• Follow up with airlines for spot rates ex: reduction in rates on specific trade lane due to capacity issues.
• Support the network in all RFQs and Tenders
• Manage Pricing team to handle all RFQ and ad-hoc enquiries received.
• Communicate with international stakeholders on all pricing related matters.
