BT Group is hiring a Corporate Governance Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract in London, with hybrid working (three days in the office, two days remote). You’ll support the Board and Board Committees, coordinate papers via Board Intelligence, assist with AGM activities, and liaise with subsidiaries and external providers such as BDO. Essential: CGI part qualified or recently qualified, strong governance knowledge, risk assessment and practical recommendations, plus the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Desirable: financial acumen, project coordination, learning agility.
