The role
As the Corporate Services Manager at Nebius, you own recruitment strategy across the functions that underpin company scale, including HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and Operations. You are responsible for ensuring the business builds the right infrastructure to support sustainable growth.
Reporting to TA leadership, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior corporate stakeholders. This role combines team leadership, strategic workforce planning and hands on execution during a critical phase of organisational expansion.
This role is remote, partnering across global time zones.
