Ballantynes is seeking a Cosmetics Manager on a fixed-term basis to lead a 40-strong cosmetics team at its premium Christchurch store, reporting to the Head of Sales. This role drives sales and KPIs, coaches and develops talent, and builds strong relationships with key brand partners while ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a premium environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is responsible for leading our Cosmetic department, working closely with Brand Representatives, Beauty Buyer, Counter Managers and Sales teams to drive performance, maximise sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Leading a team of around 40, you will play a key role in creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture that reflects the premium Ballantynes brand.
