Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Country Manager Africa to to join our Inspiring Audio Business and drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires frequent travel, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work across diverse markets and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy for Selected territories in Africa.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas.
• Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Support market entry and expansion initiatives in new territories.
• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets across assigned countries.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business cases.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Manage relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders, identify and develop strategic alliances with industry players.
• Participate in tenders, RFPs, and large-scale projects.
• Travel regularly to meet customers, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Present business reviews and market insights to management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of business development, sales, or commercial management experience.
• Experience managing African markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
