TikTok is looking for a visionary, self driven leader to join TikTok Global Business Solutions based in Amsterdam as Country Lead for Benelux. The Country Lead is responsible for the business development activities in the region and will report into the General Manager for UK and Benelux based in London. The Country Lead will drive business growth, lead and motivate teams for success and develop and implement effective business strategies.

The Country Lead will lead and be responsible for delivering revenue targets by establishing and leading key partnerships between TikTok and our top-tier brands and Agencies. Outstanding candidates will be exemplary leaders, have superb business acumen, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and have the ability to drive business excellence.

Our Country Lead will act as the ambassador responsible for building TikTok's reputation within the market and ensure the strategy is implemented in line with the directives of Regional GM. The successful candidate is intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has deep experience leading through influence.

Main responsibilities will include:

Leadership
- Drive growth for the advertising business and the broader sales ecosystem in the region
- Work with the global leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy leveraging cross-functional partners locally and regionally
- Plan, implement and scale organizational structure
- A natural leader that will be able to demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach, taking ownership of results while influencing teams of cross functions and cross product domains to collaborate towards a common goal of business growth
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
- Responsible for leading and scaling sales teams across region, including all aspects of market analysis, hiring, managing leadership and strategic verticals
- Motivate and coach a highly effective team of sales managers
- Frame client opportunities and challenges to influence cross-functional support
- Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
