Eton Institute is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Course Enrollment Advisor to join our Abu Dhabi team.

This role combines sales, customer service, learner support, and office administration responsibilities, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys a varied and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone, email, online, walk-in, and face-to-face consultations.
• Advise prospective learners on language courses, professional training, and educational solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Handle enquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and registrations.
• Support learner onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Assist with class assignments, training material distribution, and resolving learner or teacher concerns.
• Provide reception coverage and support the day-to-day operation of the centre.
• Support office management activities, maintain common areas, and assist with office opening and closing procedures when required.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless learner experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, enrolment, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with CRM systems such as ZOHO or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Previous experience within the education, training, or language learning industry is preferred.
