This role offers a clear path to step up as CPCM Operations Manager, with responsibility for leading targeted improvement projects, coaching teams and delivering on production targets while championing a safety-first culture. The Opportunity
Our Coupled Pickle Cold Mill (CPCM) team at our Springhill Manufacturing facility is looking for a CPCM Operations Coordinator. As part of the broader Australian Steel Products portfolio, the CPCM team delivers superior steel products including leading to COLORBOND®, ZINCALUME®, and innovative solutions and services to our export and domestic customers.
As the CPCM Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations by coordinating workflows, monitoring production activities and enabling safe, reliable and efficient plant performance. Working closely with operational teams and leaders, you’ll lead product and process improvement projects, training and development whilst championing a safety-first culture. As a step-up CPCM Operations Manager, you’ll direct the day-to-day operations ensuring your team is focused on the delivery of exceptional performance.
