Home Group is hiring a Night Reablement Worker in Scarborough for a permanent full time role (37.5 hpw) at Webb Ellis Court, earning £13.45 per hour (£26,300 p.a.) with benefits including a health cash plan and instant pay via Stream. We support our customers with range of support needs which may include frailty and dementia, we help them regain or maintain their independence and ‘live well’ in their own homes. Some of our customers have more complex support needs and may require personal care, including bathing, toileting and getting dressed.

We provide 24-hour support to our customers
Working closely with the care team to follow support plans and reporting any concerns
Supporting our customers with everyday daily living activities

You have
A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this
If you’ve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great!
Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives.
Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.
Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.

The practical bits
Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans.
You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
You will work nights on a two week rota.
Week one: Monday Tuesday Saturday Sunday all 8pm-8am Shifts
Week Two Wednesday Thursday Friday all 8pm-8am Shifts
You will be working at Webb Ellis Court Based in Scarborough
