Duvo seeks a Creative Lead EU/UK based remote to own the brand voice and launch assets across video, motion, web, visuals and copy, while building brand systems and partnering with product, PMM and engineering to translate complex tech into narratives. The candidate brings a portfolio across formats, can move between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, and shows audience insight plus comfort crafting by hand and with AI to sharpen the work. This is a hands-on craft role. You'll be the person who knows our audience inside out and produces the craft that lands with them across every format.

Launch assets across formats: video, motion/animation, web, visuals, and copy
A consistent, distinctive brand expression as we scale — building the systems and templates that keep quality high at speed
Close partnership with product, PMM, and engineering to translate complex technical capability into clear, resonant narratives
A strong portfolio spanning multiple formats — ideally including video and motion
Someone who moves fluidly between big-picture thinking and daily, tactical design execution
Deep audience instinct: you start from who we're building for, not just what looks good
Comfort making things by hand and using AI, where it sharpens the work
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with real ambiguity
B2B / enterprise or technical-product experience
Experience building a brand or creative function from an early stage
