Working with our amazing coaching team to create engaging coaching reels and training content.
Collaborating with our ambassador team to create exceptional social content on shoot days and at ambassador events.
Taking ownership of creative briefs and continuously improving our visual storytelling across all platforms.
Telling Stories: You have a talent for telling captivating stories through clear direction, compelling editing, and thoughtful pacing. You understand how to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
Podcast Excellence: You understand podcast production from start to finish—guest prep, sound quality, narrative flow, and audience engagement. You can work with talent to create authentic, compelling episodes.
Technical Proficiency: You're comfortable with audio production, video editing software, and can manage both pre-recorded and live broadcast technical requirements.
Capturing Moments: You excel in finding the perfect angle, nailing the perfect settings, and crafting stunning compositions every time, whether planned or on the fly.
Staying Organized: You plan clear and efficient shoots and recordings to streamline everyone's time whilst managing multiple projects on the go, keeping all content tagged and stored effectively.
Working with Others: You are excited about the idea of teaming up with coaches, ambassadors, podcast guests, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life.
Being Creative: You're always thinking of new ways to improve our visual content and keep our audience engaged, whether through editing techniques, content formats, or storytelling approaches.
Flexible: Given a big part of your role will be to capture Runna events and races, we're looking for someone happy to travel and flex their hours to evenings and weekends when needed. In practice, we expect that this will mean you will likely start later some days and/or take your 'weekend' on a weekday to make this work. We'll ensure you're comfortable with hotels and travel arrangements when this is needed.
We care more about you looking at the 'We're looking for someone that loves…' section and thinking 'Wow I was born to do this job' than years of experience. That said, we do need you to have demonstrable experience producing video content in (ideally) a sports setting, and we're particularly interested in candidates with podcast production experience. As part of the application process, we'll expect you to send us a portfolio of video content that you've produced and ideally a podcast episode or series you've worked on that reflects the type of content you will be producing in this role.
You have demonstrable experience in podcast production and editing.
You have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video content.
You're highly organised and efficient, with project management skills.
You have experience with audio production software (Adobe Audition, Descript, or similar).
You're proficient in video editing software and equipment.
You have experience managing technical setups for live broadcasts or events (a plus, not essential).
You're high-energy, fun, and bubbly, ready to throw yourself into Runna and get the best from those you work with.
Ability to identify and capture compelling moments independently.
Strong attention to detail, can-do attitude, and ownership mindset.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to brief and debrief with guests and team members.
Fast-paced and able to work on, plan, and edit multiple projects on the go.
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (including prioritization skills, flexibility toward change, sense of urgency, and dealing with ambiguity).
