SharkNinja is hiring a Creator Commerce Manager in London, onsite, to design and operationalize a creator led commerce engine that bridges influencer strategy and affiliate performance across launches, promos and club events. You will identify and activate creators as performance partners, build scalable playbooks, and enable Commercial, Retail Marketing and Ecommerce teams with retailer ready programs and creator insights that convert. You’ll manage affiliate platforms such as Amazon Associates, LTK, TikTok Shop and Impact, optimize commissions, tracking, and amplification, and prove impact with clear, actionable reporting. The ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years in influencer or affiliate marketing, is data curious, cross functional, and passionate about creators and the future of commerce. What You’ll Do 

Build the Creator Commerce Engine 

• Help design and operationalize SharkNinja’s creator commerce model, bridging influencer strategy and affiliate performance 

• Identify creators with commerce potential and activate them as performance partners 

• Build repeatable playbooks that scale what works across brands and retailers 

Enable Commercial & Retail Teams 

• Partner with Commercial, Retail Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to support key retail moments (launches, promos, club events) 

• Translate social and creator insights into retailer-ready programs 

• Serve as the go-to expert on how creators drive conversion 

Activate Affiliate & Performance Programs 

• Manage affiliate platforms and tools (e.g., Amazon Associates, LTK, TikTok Shop, Impact) 

• Support commission structures, tracking, and performance optimization 

• Flag top-performing creator content for paid amplification 

Prove Impact 

• Track creator commerce performance (clicks, conversion, revenue influence) 

• Build clear, simple reporting that shows how creator activity drives results 

• Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to validate impact and inform scale 

What Success Looks Like 

• Creators successfully transitioned from awareness → performance 

• Measurable revenue influenced by creator-led programs 

• Retail and Commercial teams actively pulling creator commerce into plans 

• Clear playbooks that can be replicated across brands and markets 

Who You Are 

• 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or performance partnerships 

• Comfortable working across teams — Social, Commercial, Media, Ecommerce 

• Builder mindset: you like ambiguity and turning ideas into systems 

• Data-curious and results-oriented (you care about what actually converts) 

• Passionate about creators, culture, and the future of commerce
