We are seeking an organized, hardworking, and motivated Creator Relations Manager to provide support to both the Marketing and Talent agency. This person will be responsible for driving the expansion of digital partnerships and promotional partnerships on behalf of our represented Talent and Brand Clients. Must be a positive and creative problem-solver who can handle a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment to aid in business development and procurement.

What You'll Do Here:

• Source potential content creators through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Negotiate and prepare Talent representation proposals, agreements, and compensation structures
• Communicate the unique value proposition of our clients to agencies and creators through meetings, presentations, and marketing materials
• Prospect, generate and manage new/existing strategic business opportunities for both Talent and Marketing divisions
• Manage personal lead-generation pipeline
• Assess Talent by way of objective and subjective criteria to determine revenue potential
• Sell the services of the Viral Nation to influencers and agencies who may be interested in the services provided by Viral Nation
• Provide general assistance to the team with ongoing projects for our broad Client base
• Work closely with the Marketing and Talent divisions to establish gaps in our Talent inventory
• Manage, qualify, and route inbound Talent funnel
• Establish a living database and record of all Talent to be leveraged for procurement and/or monitoring growth for later engagement
• Support an environment of empowerment for team and colleagues with the resources, tools, and support they need to encourage them to anticipate and exceed expectations

You'll Need To Have:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience with Influencer Marketing, Business Development, or in a sales environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of, and prior experience with, analyzing social media metrics
• Exceptional work ethic, organization, and ability to manage numerous priorities
• Excellent communication (full proficiency in English) and interpersonal skills

This role has an annual salary range of $75,000 to $85,000.    This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.
Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria. Compensation Philosophy:
