English and French fluency are required, other languages a plus; Avaloq knowledge is strongly preferred. The Credit Advisor is a client-facing role, responsible for proactively marketing credit solutions to Relationship Managers and clients. The role focuses on identifying new credit opportunities and supporting their execution by structuring, negotiating and underwriting facilities. It also includes managing existing credit portfolios by developing well-founded recommendations for credit approval, ensuring ongoing compliance with documented covenants and financial reporting requirements, and maintaining strong credit discipline. In addition, the Credit Advisor reviews credit limits and monitors collateral, balancing risk and return to support sustainable portfolio performance.
