Team member Impaired Asset Management, responsible for specific Credit Risk aspects of a portfolio of domestic and international private banking clients in financial distress. Assess, analyse and monitor transactions for selected mortgage and/or Lombard clients. Support in client discussions and negotiations.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Risk Management of selected Impaired Loans with aim of loss minimizing

  • Conduct credit and collateral analysis; develop risk mitigating strategies, perform collateral valuations and provisioning calculations

  • Participate in client meetings related to Impaired Asset Management loans, represent and safeguard the bank’s interest

  • Deputize senior credit recovery officers

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient file handling

  • Support ad-hoc and recurring reporting and project related activities and duties

  • Contribution in credit related projects and process improvements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or completed studies at a university of applied sciences (economics, banking, finance, law), or equivalent education or professional experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Recovery Management, Workout of Credit Files, Mortgage and/or Lombard sector

  • Profound knowledge on legal aspect regarding Mortgage and/or Lombard business and borrowing structures

  • Effective and efficient working style also under high pressure incl. strong analytical skills

  • Great team-player with ability to work across teams and stakeholders

  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken), additional languages are an advantage
